The story

WildKitchen - Just for uncommon people

At 25, gastronomy entered my life to stay.

 

Since then I have traveled to countries and libraries and I have learned to handle myself among stoves, ingredients and people. I have found my way into the “adventurous” kitchen, working for many years between yachts and a mountain hut at 2600mt.

 

In 2010 I created my brand: WildKitchen.

 

The more I perfected my practice, the more it seemed to me to withdraw from nature and things with meaning. I decided to change course and focus on Healthy and Sustainable cooking, ancient food wisdoms (Ayurveda / 5 Elements / Macrobiotics) and the energy of food.

 

I like to think that gastronomy and its values ​​can change people's lives (as they did with me) and that there is no equal answer for everyone. There is no perfect diet or miracle ingredient. But taking care of your kitchen can be the miraculously perfect answer.

 

I use my work to create connections, projects and workshops.

Part of WildKitchen is to invest 10% of the profits in supporting the education and nutrition of people in a state of exclusion on the island of Mallorca (Balearic Islands).
